To Naomi’s anon hater -

pixiegrace:

Not cool.

Calling someone fat is really rude, but calling someone ginger is unforgiveable.

How dare you even describe that pinnacle of greatness, that evidence of prominence in God’s great plan - being ginger  - as being a bad thing.

I feel you should have the courage and temerity to reveal yourself, instead of leaving unsigned vitriolic messages, so that I could courteously bore a new orifice in your delicate hide.

OH and anon if you can’t read all the big words (*pets on head*), I basically said that if you had the balls to come off anon, I’d tear you a new one.

Fuck off, mate.
Being a full-time misanthrope (that means you don’t like people, by the way) is hard enough (and believe me, I know) but people like you give us a bad name.

te amo, Gracie-san

Janelle Monáe in Essence Magazine (November 2011) by Kwaku Alston

‘Drawing her inspiration from Judy Garland (music), Fritz Lang (sci-fi), Marlene Dietrich (style) and Big Boi (swag), Monáe has perfected a look, sound and vibe that are uniquely her own- and she rocks them.

This spread is fantastic, the styling is spot on and the ArchOrchestra look amazing too.
